You do not need a blood test to get married in the 21 states whose official pages address it, including Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas and California. Premarital blood tests for diseases like syphilis were common decades ago, and states have since dropped them.
What you need instead is ID, and in many states your Social Security number. Each state page explains the documents to bring.

Every figure here comes from the official statute or clerk pages linked on our state and county pages. Fees change, so confirm with your county before you apply.
